Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup white rum
1 tbsp agave nectar
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (for garnish)
Directions:
Toast coconut flakes in a pan for 3-5 mins.
Blend pineapple, dragon fruit, coconut milk, rum, and agave until smooth.
Dip glass rim in agave, then coconut flakes.
Pour mixture into glass and serve.
