Jeselle is a dragon fruit variety created by Nieves Araujo of Gingers Garden. Jeselle produces huge, extremely sweet fruits with a brix score of 18.8, which will get progressively sweeter as the plant matures. This particular variety has a fruit with magenta flesh, amazing flavors that have hints of grape and berries mixed in, and a good tartness at the end.
