Medusa dragon fruit variety also known as “Jellyfish” is an extremely rare variety newly hybridized by Israel Barragán, who is also the Admin of Dragon Fruit Group - Pitahayas Cotija. As suggested by its name, the flower of Medusa has a very distinctive appearance that resembles a jellyfish. The fruit is red-fleshed, very sweet (brix 18), juicy and firm with a pleasing amount of tartness.
