David Bowie Dragon Fruit is a Selenicereus Undatus. The variety is very typical Selenicereus except for more fins, and different flavor. This variety is not a fast grower. The fruit is medium to large average 0.75 – 1.5 Lbs. and has typical white flesh and pinkish reddish skin and green fins. The taste of the flesh is sweet and lemony. It can be eaten fresh but would be excellent as a garnish or in smoothies.
